PRO-ACT strives to provide services to anyone in need regardless of their ability to pay. In order to do this, we depend upon generous individuals like yourself. PRO-ACT, a project of The Council (The Council of Southeast Pennsylvania, Inc.), is a tax-exempt organization under the IRS Code 501(c)(3) and your contribution is tax deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law. A letter acknowledging your gift will be supplied for your records.
