We are honored to have received The Joel Hernandez Voice of the Recovery Community Award from Faces & Voices of Recovery. The award was established in 2008 to recognize one local, state or regional recovery community organization for its success in assessing the specific needs of their community and carrying out a vision and mission of mobilizing resources within and outside the recovery community to increase the prevalence and quality of long-term recovery from addiction to alcohol and other drugs.

Recovery Walks! is a National Alcohol & Drug Addiction Recovery Month event.
Companies, organizations and families are encouraged to organize teams of walkers made up of employees, organization members, relatives and friends to take part in the walk.
Proceeds from this event will be used to support community activities, educate the public and media, raise awareness, fight stigma, provide individual recovery support, and advocate at the state, federal and local levels.
